The most popular gallery
Western is the most popular gallery in shopping area URMAS. Here you will find an absolutely huge range of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing as well as footwear for all occasions. In addition to this, health and beauty, haberdashery and jewelry shops are also part of the Western gallery.
Western gallery renovations
Over the years, Western gallery has been transformed both inside and outside. The most noticeable changes on the outside were addition of two stylized trains with 11 carriages, which provide additional trading space, reconstruction of façade, addition of exhibition stands and completion of the largest fresco “Urmas railway station” which is clearly visible from one of the busiest streets in Kaunas.
The best work of art 2015
This is the work of art which decorates façade of the Western gallery. In 2015 it received the “Best work of art” award as was recognnised as the largest fresco in Lithuania (~700 square metres). It took a large team of artists and almost 3 years to complete.
